These terms extend our public doctrine: explain the scope of our content, protect the integrity of the website and respect the rights of others.
Purpose and scope
- These terms govern access to the public website, its publications and its openly available resources.
- The website presents CSAEAI’s public work, positions and activities concerning AI audit, explainability and governance.
- Any new category of public service may be governed by specific terms before it is opened.
Acceptance
- By visiting the website, you agree to respect these terms and applicable law.
- If you do not accept a provision, you should stop using the website.
- Mandatory rights granted by law remain unaffected.
Fair use
- The website must not be used for unlawful, deceptive or abusive purposes, or in a way that infringes the rights of others.
- Any action liable to compromise the security, availability or integrity of the content is prohibited.
- Visitors remain responsible for the information they choose to send to CSAEAI.
Availability and evolution
- CSAEAI takes reasonable care over the website’s availability and accuracy but does not guarantee uninterrupted access or the absence of every error.
- Content may be corrected, updated, moved or withdrawn to preserve its quality and relevance.
- Temporary interruptions may occur for security, maintenance or reasons beyond CSAEAI’s control.
Editorial scope
- Publications contribute to information, research and public debate.
- They are neither certifications nor legal, financial, medical or cybersecurity advice tailored to a particular situation.

Decisions made by visitors
- Visitors remain responsible for how they use the information and for decisions made on its basis.
- Where the circumstances require it, they should consult a qualified professional and verify the relevant sources.
- Reference to a framework, institution or organisation does not imply partnership, accreditation or endorsement.
Contributions and correspondence
- Any contribution must be lawfully shareable and must not infringe confidentiality, intellectual property or the rights of another person.
- Sending a message creates neither an obligation to publish nor a commitment by CSAEAI to collaborate.
- The terms of any publication or collaboration must be agreed separately.
Intellectual property
- The brand, historical logo, design, original texts, and site materials remain protected.
- Access does not grant a right to substantial reproduction, automated extraction, visual imitation, or misleading reuse.
- Short quotations remain possible within applicable law with attribution and a source link.
Security and prohibited uses
- Circumventing safeguards, disrupting the website, introducing malicious material or attempting to enter non-public areas is prohibited.
- Large-scale collection intended to reproduce the website’s content, visual identity or editorial organisation is not authorised beyond mandatory rights.
- Suspected vulnerabilities should be reported in good faith without excessive exploitation or premature disclosure.
Third-party services
- Links to publications, institutions, and social networks are provided for information.
- CSAEAI does not control third-party availability, security, accuracy, or policies.
- Visiting a third party creates a separate relationship under its terms.
Governing law and disputes
- French law is contemplated, subject to mandatory visitor protections.
- Disputes should first be raised through Contact for amicable resolution.
- Jurisdiction and any consumer mediation mechanism must be confirmed before commercial consumer services launch.
Versions and final terms
- Material changes are dated and notified where legally required.
- If one clause is invalid, the remaining provisions continue where permitted.
- The applicable version and previous versions should remain identifiable.
